I own a mix use building with residential as well as commercial rentals. I have used Itsanice Painting services for over 5 years. The work is excellent with fair pricing. The quality of the work shows and facilitates renter candidates to rent from me.
Thank you Tommy for painting my units.

Tommie provided painting services to Logan View Condominium which is a 5 story, 80 unit building. As a board member, working with Tommie was the best experience I had with any service prior to him. He provides excellent assessment of the job, with top notch communication of job requirements, competitive pricing and he performs quality work, fast. I highly recommend using him.
